I am a passionate raw foodie eager to share the joys of this lifestyle. After my own transformation, I left my career as a Textile Designer and my home in New England. I followed the warmth of the sun and the flow of my bliss to Sarasota, FL. I moved my creative energy into recipe development with the desire to feed the world the purest and most delicious food on this Earth. Food is now my art. I value the importance of education, empowerment and support to help make the living foods lifestyle an easy transition for all.
While working for a raw food café during 2008-2009, I managed a weekly meal program; an option for people on-the-go to pick up prepared meals for several days at a time. I created ethnically themed recipes & menus and prepared custom meals & special dishes throughout the week. I joyfully worked with clients on all phases of the raw journey as well as individuals with allergies and special dietary needs.
In addition to my professional experience, I have also traveled the world for culinary inspiration; most recently completing a course in Bali on traditional Indonesian and Balinese flavorings and techniques.
I am certified by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals as a Food Safety Manager and adhere to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
I am presently writing a living foods recipe book, bursting with unique & delectable dishes containing influences from around the globe. In addition to recipes, you will be sure to find it overflowing with heart-felt advice and personal stories to inspire you for years to come.
When I’m not dancing around the kitchen, I enjoy the gorgeous Sarasota beaches, traveling, yoga, Nia, ecstatic dance, meditation and inspirational time spent with loving family and high-vibe friends.
