Natalia is a living, breathing, walking advertisement for her 'work' which really is her life. She not only creates this amazing food for restaurants and clients, she and her husband walk the walk, embody the live lifestyle and inspire family, friends, and others to do so as well! Her food makes you feel radiant, vibrant and alive from the inside out.  It literally changes how you feel. Everything she makes is delicious, although her desserts are legendary. All the colors, textures and live ingredients she uses make a feast for all your senses and your soul. You will literally see, feel, taste and in-joy! the difference.

If Natalia invites you to a birthday party--GO! The food is yummy, the conversation funny! Like the Bacon Festival, if Natalia were going she'd make her bacon from eggplant, I'm not joking! The thing is it would taste really good, better than the 'real' bacon, which kinda makes you wonder what real is. How do I know? I ate her pizza. The cheese tasted like real cheese and it even looked like melted cheese. And, her salad was delicious--and coming from a kid, that says a lot! I'm glad she and my Mom are friends, they met because of Natalia's food when she was a Chef at a restaurant my Mom liked, back then I was only 6 and the first time I tasted her food I said, this is the greatest food trip I've ever been on.

Tegan's right. Her parties are fun, I think it's also because you can feel the love in the food which makes it taste even better. Like her salad, I had seconds. Seconds of dessert you might expect from a 10-year old boy (especially if you've tasted her chocolate)--and I did have seconds of the birthday cake she made for Adam--which tasted like an ice cream cookie cake with chocolate frosting. I think she might be a mind reader too, because she gave us some to take home with us for another day. Her food is so fresh you can taste the ingredients--like the pumpkin and sesame seeds in her pizza crust. Can't always do that with other kinds of food, now can you? I'm also a big fan of her taco salad. That's always been one of my favorites, I still can't believe hers is made from nuts because it looks and tastes like beef--except better--for you and for the earth. She's coming to my school to teach the kids another way. I'm glad she does this--and because she's good at it, other people order food and cakes from her to share with even more people so they can discover another way that tastes and feels good too--before you know it, everyone's extra happy.

I just want to say that your classes are so very insightful and helpful. I learned so much about raw food preparation that I am no longer intimidated by gourmet preparation! I am so grateful that you tailored my classes to my food likes and dietary needs. I whole heartedly recommend your classes to everyone. Having stumbled over Raw food from a friend and really feeling it could be amazing, I decided to work with Natalia to create some foolproof ways of making my transition a success.

Needless to say, she had me started on some amazing basic recipes, especially breakfast fare. I have no doubt working with her initially has made it successful for me.
